How we deliver our homecare service
Before starting your care, we’ll schedule a home visit to assess your needs and create a Care Plan with your input. All information will be kept confidential. Our trained staff will meet your individual needs, and a professional team will coordinate your service, available at all times through our office or emergency number.
As your needs change, we will review and update your Care Plan at least once a year. We’ll discuss any changes with you to ensure you’re happy with them. You can request changes anytime your circumstances change.
In May 2024, Norfolk County Council’s Quality Inspection found that,
“All persons spoken with confirmed that they were fully involved with planning their care. family members and service users explained that they were asked about what they wanted, what was important to them and details around their lives. Those spoken with confirmed that they were also involved in the review of their care plan and that they had been asked to sign both the initial care plan and subsequent reviews.”
We aim to provide your home care service at convenient times with consistent care staff. While 100% continuity isn’t always possible due to work schedules, holidays, and staff sickness, we strive to deliver reliable care with staff you are comfortable with.
