About Purely Care

Our mission at Purely Care is to deliver the highest standards of care. We are passionate about enabling our elderly and disabled clients to retain their independence by remaining safely and securely in their own homes.

We provide private care services and home helps in Norwich and the surrounding areas and also accept local authority funded clients.

As a family run domiciliary care agency, our clients benefit from the committed, experienced and personal attention of the key people who run Purely Care: Elaine Grace and Raffy Hardy-Pearce.

Meet The Team.

Elaine Grace

Elaine is our registered manager. She has been involved with domiciliary care in Suffolk and Norfolk for more than 25 years. Elaine has experience of providing care for disabled children and adults. She also has management experience. Elaine has a Level 5 diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and is also a qualified trainer. Having lived in East Anglia for over 40 years, Elaine has a good local knowledge, and feels that running this business allows her to both utilise her skills and give something back to the community. Raffy Hardy-Pearce

Raffy Hardy-Pearce is Deputy Manager. She has been working in care since 2010 and has experience in care homes as well as domiciliary care. As a mother with a young son, Raffy finds that working for Purely Care allows her to utilise both her business and caring skills, and balance the demands of a growing family. Raffy has level 2, 3, 4 and 5 diplomas in Heath and Social Care and has also completed NVQs in Customer Service and Team Leading. 

Laura-Lee Fish

Laura-Lee is our Recruitment Advisor. She has worked for Purely Care since 2020. Laura-Lee has had an involvement within the care industry since a young age due to her family care responsibilities. As a Recruitment Advisor, Laura-Lee has a key role in recruiting care workers for Purely Care and also plays a large part in the retention of our staff. She is proud to help us become the best care provider in Norwich. She has a background in management and a passion to provide the highest levels of care, through finding astounding care staff.

Our care workers

Maria

Maria comes from Greece. Her introduction to care came by way of her grandmother who had Parkinson’s and dementia. She cared for her for 11 years until she passed away aged 103. Her elderly father also has heart disease. She likes to help others, is open hearted and fair. Her previous work experience includes secretarial and sales support work as well as spa therapist and assistant physiotherapist roles. Whilst working as a live-in care worker for Purely Care she has gained experience of working with clients with dementia, Parkinson’s, bi-polar, heart disease and learning disabilities. She has 20 years experience of driving in Greece but has not yet plucked up courage to drive in UK. In her spare time she enjoys the cinema, reading and travel. In her younger days she was keen on sailing and paragliding. She loves animals and helps out at an animal sanctuary when back home in Greece.

Marco

Marco was born in 1966 in former Czechoslovakia. He inherited his caring genes from his mother who was a district nurse. He speaks several languages and has been speaking English since 1980. He was educated in music and teaching and worked for 9 years as a professional opera singer. He has worked as a care and support worker since 2006. He completed his NVQ Diploma in Health and Social Care in 2008. He has a wide range of experience with clients with all types of medical conditions. He is able to drive. His interests include music and literature, and he is a keen cook. He enjoys sports particularly skiing and running and watching snooker and football.
